How we built this
It is a simple weighted read of five things that come up in nearly every consulting conversation. It is a starting point for a discussion, not an audit or a valuation.
Time trading
How long the business has been running shapes what it is realistic to change next, and how much history there is to learn from.
Revenue
Not because bigger is better, but because the constraint on a business doing ten thousand a month is rarely the same as one doing a hundred.
Visibility of the numbers
Whether you can see what is happening, or are running on the bank balance and instinct. Almost every other decision depends on this.
The main constraint
Demand, delivery, margin or owner dependency. Naming the real one is most of the work.
Owner dependency
How much of the business needs you personally. It is the most common ceiling we see, and the one owners notice last.
The part a score cannot see
Your market, your people, your customers and what you actually want. That is what the free call is for.
A score is a starting point, not a plan
Bring your result to a free consultation and we will turn it into something specific, with an order and a timescale.
- The first consultation is free and there is no obligation to go further
- An honest read including when the answer is to fix something before you spend
- Scope and fees in writing agreed before any work starts
